Delivery 

Customers will receive an order confirmation when the order has been placed and a shipment confirmation with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped.

All orders are being shipped via UK Royal Mail.

Please note that orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. We are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but will do our best to assist if these problems occur.

UK  Standard 2-3 days £5.50

Europe  Standard 5-7 days $15.00

USA & Canada  Standard International 7-14 days $15.00

Rest of the world  Standard International 7-20 days $20.00

Export Duty

If your parcel is being shipped outside the UK you will not be charged VAT at the checkout but you will be subject to local VAT and import duties. These will be applied by your government and the courier service at the point of delivery, therefore AU magazine is not responsible for any additional taxes and cannot offer any compensation.

If you choose not to pay this import duty, or refuse the parcel, we will be charged duty when the parcel is returned to us. This in turn will be charged to the customer. 


Return

We are hoping to minimize the carbon footprint of our activities so we strongly suggest shopping wisely. However, we use a common procedure for returns within 1 week of receiving your order. Please note that we cannot refund you for the delivery postage costs or your return postage costs. Shall you decide to make a return, you may choose a courier service of your liking and will be charged all transport costs that follow. Please note that we only accept garments with no signs of being worn. 


Faulty Items

If an item is considered damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at calvin@au-marche.com.  Please include your order number and photos of the fault so we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.
